Lotus Marine was founded with experience accumulated over years in racing culture, technical fieldwork and marina operations. We saw that the biggest shortfall in yacht maintenance was planning, follow-up and accountability.

So we didn't just build a maintenance team — we built a system that manages the entire process. Today, operating from Marmaris Netsel Marina, we work across Muğla and Istanbul, treating every vessel as a project and managing every process with technical discipline.
