We report the findings after dismantling with evidence (photo/video), and proceed with written approval

Which works do we cover?

1) Hull, Deck and Surface Works

Hull preparation: pressure washing, humidity/layer control, local stripping-sanding, surface correction

Heavy Maintenance (Refits)

Comprehensive Renewal & Project Management

When your boat requires comprehensive maintenance, renewal, and system revision, the work should be managed as a project, not "piece by piece". Lotus Marine manages all steps in heavy maintenance (refit) processes, from discovery to planning, subcontractor coordination to quality control and delivery reporting, from a single source.

Refit is not only paint or part replacement. It is a holistic work covering structural repairs, electrical-hydraulic-air conditioning-plumbing revisions, surface renewals, and system modernizations.

The biggest risk in heavy maintenance projects is the possibility of some items not being clearly seen without dismantling and "hidden damage" (especially underwater platform parts, wiring harnesses, hydraulic lines). Therefore:

Installing a new system on a boat is not just about mounting the equipment.
